The most fascinating dates to enjoy
While dates are more consumed during the Holy Month of Ramadan than any other day of the year (statistic based on the behavior of my family & friends – seeing as I can’t really prove this is a world-wide trend) – many forget that they are packed with health benefits.
Dates cure constipation, prevent intestinal disorders, boost your energy, and help you maintain a healthy nervous system! Not only that, dates are well known to treating anemia, strengthening your tooth enamel, and much more.
Now the thing is, if you were to eat the same thing over and over and over, you’d get bored and discouraged for making it a daily habit, which is why, I’ve been exploring the wonderful and mouth-watering ways in which dates can be consumed.
